Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is on its way.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the US and Canada, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you're unsure whether duties apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, here's what to do:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest update
  2. Verify your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout
  3. Email us at hello@syvela.co with your order number

We'll investigate immediately and either locate your package or send a replacement — whichever resolves it fastest for you.


Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error immediately after purchasing, contact us at hello@syvela.co within 12 hours and we'll update it before your order ships.

Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to redirect it — but we'll do everything we can to help.
